The Peak Performance e-com is currently being updated into a new IT system. Our team has been working hard to make this transfer as smooth as possible, and minimize the impact it will have on our Customers.
Regrettably, we have to inform you, that despite this strong intention, the IT system update will have a direct impact on refunds for returns of orders placed during 1/6/2019 – 30/6/2019. All refunds relating to orders that have been placed during this time will be handled manually. The same applies to all product guarantee claims on products ordered before 1/7/2019.
In order to manually process your refund, our Consumer Service will be in touch with you and request you to provide your banking details (IBAN + SWIFT). Upon your request, the email correspondence regarding the manual transfer will be deleted when the refund has been processed.
